  • Getting AiRO is easy:

    1. Create your three-dimensional Digital Aero Twin from photos and a few measurements.

    2. Replicate your position in AiRO using sliders and image overlays.

    3. Make changes and simulate the drag using cloud based high-performance computers. Get results in minutes and for less than $10 per simulation.

    AiRO runs on all devices: Phones, iPads, Mac and PC. Simply access it from the browser or install it on your device.

  • The simulation approach is based on peer reviewed academic literature, that has shown excellent correlations to wind tunnel test.

    From there we tuned our approach to retain accuracy while increasing simulation speeds and reducing cost.

    We are using the most powerful high performance computers available on the open market, allowing us to accurately simulate the airflow within around five minutes.

    We validated our own approach against wind tunnel tests and will continue to drive forward accuracy, affordability and ease of use.

  • Ingmar Jungnickel :

    Ingmar spent nine years leading the aerodynamics and futures innovation teams at Specialized before starting Inspire Gold. Was awarded the 2018 US Olympic Team Coach of The Year - Sports Science (Doc Counsilman) award for his work with the US Speedskating National Team.

    Dr. Matt Williams:

    Matt is a former lead CFD engineer at McLaren Racing and Principle Aerodynamicist at McLaren Applied Technologies. He brings almost two decades of experience in high performance flow simulation.

    Konstantin Usachev:

    Konstantin is a former lead developer at a major gaming studio. He brings extensive software development experience and know-how for all the gaming technologies we repurposed to make AiRO a reality.

AiRO is the result of more than a quarter century combined experience in Formula One and WorldTour cycling. The approach is based on peer-reviewed, academic literature and the results have been validated against wind tunnel tests, where it showed excellent correlation.

As compute gets faster and cheaper, Inspire Gold will continue to refine and improve the algorithms.
